Paul Tibbitts Curtis is the founder of LIVINGTRUSTLAWYERS.COM. Paul grew up in Idaho Falls, Idaho, and has always had a deep connection to his roots. After serving a two-year LDS mission in Minnesota, he went on to pursue higher education. Paul graduated from Brigham Young University with a B.S. in Accounting. His strong foundation in business and finance set the stage for his future legal career.
Legal Journey and Credentials
While working as an auditor in Sacramento, California, Paul decided to pursue a career in law. He attended Lincoln Law School, where he obtained his J.D. and became licensed to practice law in California. His legal education and auditing experience have equipped him with the skills necessary to navigate complex legal matters and provide clients with trusted advice.
Founding Curtis, Porter & Adams
In 1999, Paul returned to his hometown of Idaho Falls and founded the law firm that is now known as Curtis, Porter & Adams. The firm primarily focused on accident and injury law, and Paul worked tirelessly to help his clients receive the compensation they deserved. However, over the years, Paul discovered a passion for preparing revocable living trusts and related trust services for friends and family.
